RETURN WINDOW
Our products can be returned within 24 hours of the original purchase. A new product may be exchanged for another product.
To be eligible for a return:
- The product was purchased in the last 2 days
- The product is unused, not defective or damaged, and in its original packaging
- You have the receipt or proof of purchase
- The original package has not been opened and remains sealed
- The package has no missing items — including price tags, labels, freebies, and accessories
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following categories are not eligible for return:
Menstrual cups, tampons, innerwear & lingerie, swimwear, socks & stockings, face products, hair care products (shampoo, serum, conditioner, masks, gel), perfume coffrets, deodorant, mascara, eyeliner, nail polish, lip gloss, eyelashes, eye lenses, eye serums, candles & fragrances, chocolates, flowers, cigars, software, books, and gift cards.
Perishable goods, custom/personalized items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases are also non-returnable.

IMPORTANT NOTES
Promotions & sale items
Any purchase made on special promotion cannot be returned or exchanged. Sale items can be refunded.
Electronics
Electronics cannot be exchanged or returned if opened. If the item is defective, we collect it, send it to our maintenance team, and contact you regarding the exchange.
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted one time only on the same order number.
Manufacturer warranty
If a defective product is covered under manufacturer's warranty, it cannot be refunded. You can arrange to have it fixed or replaced instead.
Gift cards
We cannot accept returns on gift cards.

REFUNDS
A refund is processed after Hedge has completed the quality evaluation of the returned item. Cash on delivery orders are refunded via money transfer companies (Whish Money).
The replacement order will be processed once the originally delivered package has been picked up.

SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable. You are responsible for the shipping and for the risk of loss or damage during transit, both to and from Hedge.
Shipping costs for exchanging damaged items are free.

DAMAGED ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

DISPOSAL OF UNCLAIMED RETURNS
Hedge reserves the right to process as it deems appropriate any items returned from buyers after 30 days from the return date, provided the customer has been notified and has not accepted to receive the returned items. By agreeing to our Terms and Conditions, you explicitly authorize Hedge to dispose of and/or liquidate any undesired items without objection or liability.
